Hi, I had a Windows 10 update last night and after restarting there was no audio device installed. Took me some time to get to reinstall the audio. I finally managed to get it back but I lost the DTS audio control panel, it loads the Realtek generic one with absolutely no audio enhancement options! I understand that you have an HP Notebook - aycl laptop. I read that post a Win10 update, the audio was not working. You later installed the audio drivers and got the audio working. However, the DTS audio panel is missing.

Installed realtek driver ver 6. Does install a MS generic audio driver. Want to get the sound control center but maybe the notebook is IDT not realtek? Realtek 3.
